Zoek je een rol waar elektrotechniek, engineering en sales samenkomen in een multidisciplinaire technologiegroep in volle expansie? Wil je werken in een omgeving met ruimte voor zelfontplooiing, projectmanagement en doorgroeimogelijkheden? Dan is deze functie als Technical Sales Engineer Electrical Solutions in Merelbeke een relevante volgende stap in je carrière.

  • Optreden als go-to partner voor klanten en actief onderhouden van commerciële contacten binnen elektrotechniek en engineering.
  • Nieuwe klanten en opportuniteiten detecteren en gericht opvolgen in nauwe samenwerking met het sales team.
  • Klanten proactief adviseren over toekomstige projecten en technische concepten in Electrical Solutions.
  • Technische besprekingen voeren, offertes inhoudelijk uitwerken en concepten op maat uittekenen, in overleg met ervaren engineers en project managers.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor prijscalculatie, offerteopmaak, opvolging, prijsonderhandelingen en uiteindelijke contractbesprekingen.
  • Commerciële ondersteuning bieden tijdens lopende projecten en actief waken over klanttevredenheid.
  • Financiële nacalculaties en balansevaluaties uitvoeren op uitgevoerde projecten, in samenwerking met de Project Manager.
  • Nauwe communicatielijnen onderhouden met BU Manager, Project Engineers, Project Managers en collega Sales Engineers en mee de strategie bepalen op basis van technologische evoluties.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting of aantoonbare gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen elektrotechniek en/of engineering.
  • Duidelijke interesse in elektrotechniek en industriële projecten, met vlotte omgang met bouwkundige tekeningen, elektrische schema's en P&ID.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een stevige persoonlijkheid die vlot commerciële contacten legt en onderhoudt.
  • Ervaring met onderhandelen en het gestructureerd organiseren en administratief opvolgen van sales- en projectdossiers.
  • Nauwkeurige werkstijl met oog voor detail, kwaliteit en correcte financiële nacalculaties.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en praktische kennis van Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Rijbewijs B om klanten en projecten efficiënt te kunnen bezoeken.
