Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Sales Engineer voor een sterk groeiende technische organisatie gespecialiseerd in industriële automatisatie en logistieke installaties.

Dit is geen klassieke salesfunctie. Prospectie en leadgeneratie worden opgenomen door het commerciële team. Jij komt in beeld zodra er een concrete technische klantvraag ligt.

Een bestaande installatie uitbreiden? Een deel vernieuwen? Een technisch probleem waarvoor nog geen kant-en-klare oplossing bestaat? Jij gaat ter plaatse, brengt de situatie in kaart en vertaalt de behoefte van de klant naar een technisch én commercieel haalbare oplossing.

Je combineert zo engineering met klantcontact: voldoende technisch om met engineers rond de tafel te zitten, maar ook communicatief genoeg om jouw oplossing overtuigend naar de klant te brengen.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je neemt concrete technische klantvragen over vanuit het salesteam en verdiept je in de achterliggende behoefte.
  • Je bezoekt klanten, analyseert bestaande installaties en verzamelt alle technische informatie en data die nodig zijn om een oplossing uit te werken.
  • Je vertaalt de probleemstelling naar een technisch concept, rekening houdend met haalbaarheid, kostprijs en de bestaande omgeving.
  • Je bepaalt samen met interne specialisten welke technologieën, componenten en leveranciers het best aansluiten.
  • Je vraagt prijzen en technische informatie op bij leveranciers en brengt alles samen tot één geïntegreerde oplossing.
  • Je werkt concepten technisch verder uit en maakt of ondersteunt de nodige technische tekeningen en 3D-visualisaties.
  • Je bouwt het technische voorstel verder uit tot een duidelijke commerciële aanbieding.
  • Je presenteert jouw concept bij de klant en neemt deel aan de verdere technische en commerciële onderhandelingen.
  • Na verkoop zorg je voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de Project Manager en het engineeringteam, die het project verder realiseren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Sales, Mechanical Engineering, E&I en PLC/Automation Engineering.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op minimaal bachelorniveau
  • Je hebt al ervaring opgebouwd binnen een technische omgeving zoals machinebouw, industriële automatisatie, logistieke systemen of engineering.
  • Je begrijpt hoe technische installaties zijn opgebouwd en kan verschillende disciplines samenbrengen tot één concept.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technisch tekenwerk of engineering en kan een technisch idee helder visualiseren.
  • Je hebt al deelgenomen aan technische klantgesprekken of wilt vanuit een engineeringfunctie bewust doorgroeien naar een rol met meer klantcontact en commerciële verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent iemand die graag luistert naar een technisch probleem, doorvraagt en vervolgens zelf op zoek gaat naar de best passende oplossing.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel engineers en leveranciers als technische gesprekspartners bij klanten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar haalt tegelijk graag expertise bij collega's uit verschillende technische disciplines
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
