Onze klant is de absolute topper in advies voor, verkoop van en support voor kwalitatieve meet- en testapparatuur voor diverse industrieën. Met het oog op de continuïteit en de verdere groei in België en Nederland wenst men het team te versterken met een TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

Jobomschrijving

  • Na een grondige interne opleiding door de ervaren collega's zal je in nauwe samenwerking met de collega's van de commerciële binnendienst onze bestaande Belgische (in hoofdzaak Vlaanderen) en Nederlandse klanten de topkwaliteit-support en -advies verlenen waar we als bedrijf voor staan.
  • In eerste instantie zal je optimale relaties onderhouden met onze trouwe bestaande klanten: je informeert hen als een goede en betrouwbare adviseur zowel over bestaande als nieuwe producten: je zorgt ervoor dat de klant de juiste instrumenten heeft voor haar business en dat zij deze ook optimaal kan gebruiken.
  • Je staat in voor de directe verkoop en het aansturen van distributeurs en resellers van onze produkten.
  • Tegelijk ga je ook ons klantenbestand verder proberen uit te breiden door gerichte prospectie.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op vakbeurzen
  • Je organiseerte technische demo-dagen en demonstreert ook het gebruik van onze producten bij de klant zelf.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het klantencontact vanaf de prospectie tot en met de opvolging van het order. Je blijft dus het aanspreekpunt voor de klant doorheen het ganse proces.

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding in een technische richting genoten (Master of professionele bachelor chemie, fysica, ....) of haalt een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een aantal jaren succesvolle relevante ervaring in een rol als technical sales adviseur van instrumenten of als gebruiker van technische instrumenten in een kwaliteitslabo
  • Affiniteit met de chemische industrie is een plus
  • Je bent proactief, je organiseert je goed, je kan zeer zelfstandig werken en tegelijk ben je een teamplayer
  • Je beheerst goed het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent resultaatsgericht
  • Je bent een zelfstarter en je neemt vlot initiatief
  • Je bent communicatief , sociaal vlot en je bent commercieel ingesteld (je ziet opportuniteiten en speelt er vlot op in)
