Robert Half zoekt voor een gevestigde KMO, actief in de industriële installatietechniek, een gedreven Technical Sales Manager (m/v/x).

Wil jij het gezicht worden van een gerespecteerde speler in de industriële installatietechniek en mee bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties in de wereld van kantoorgebouwen en industriële hallen? Dit is dé kans voor technisch-commerciële profielen met ambitie en minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in projectverkoop.

Jouw impact:

Als Technical Sales Manager ben jij het gezicht van de organisatie naar de klantenbasis toe.

  • Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties uit, realiseert projectverkoop en werkt mee aan een strategisch verkoopplan dat aansluit bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Als ambassadeur in de installatietechniekmarkt versterk je de marktpositionering, met focus op lange termijn groei binnen de kernmarkt van kantoorgebouwen en industriële (logistieke) hallen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directie en werkt nauw samen met de calculatiedienst. Dit is een hybride rol waarin verkoopstrategie en hands-on klantcontact elkaar dagelijks afwisselen!

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor of master in elektromechanica, elektronica of bouwkunde;
  • Minimum 10 jaar ervaring in technische (project)verkoop of project engineering;
  • Sterke interesse in technische totaaloplossingen voor B2B;
  • Commerciële flair, klantgerichtheid en goede presentatieskills;
  • Conceptueel sterk: je denkt mee over complexe technische oplossingen;
  • Vlot met MS Office-toepassingen;
  • Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands én het Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk;
  • Hartelijk, open, gedreven en betrouwbaar.
