Voor een bouwbedrijf die specialist is in de productie van maatwerk in prefabbeton voor woning-, appartements- en utiliteitsbouw zoeken we een Technical Sales Manager.

Vanuit onze vestiging in Komen produceren en leveren we kwalitatieve prefabbetonelementen op maat. We staan bekend om onze technische knowhow, klantgerichte aanpak, betrouwbare levertermijnen en nauwe samenwerking met aannemers, architecten, studiebureaus en bouwpromotoren.

Om onze commerciële groei verder te ondersteunen én onze organisatie klaar te maken voor de toekomst, zijn we op zoek naar een Commercieel Technisch Verantwoordelijke met technische feeling, commerciële maturiteit en de ambitie om op termijn deel uit te maken van het managementteam dat de verdere groei en strategische koers van Cobatim mee bepaalt.

Jouw uitdaging

Je bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en denkt mee over de meest efficiënte prefaboplossingen. Je verkoopt geen standaardproducten, maar begeleidt klanten van hun eerste vraag tot een technisch en economisch doordachte oplossing.

Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit, detecteert opportuniteiten in de markt en werkt nauw samen met onze interne diensten om elk project succesvol af te ronden.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

Het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties; Het actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten en projecten; Het onderhouden van contacten met aannemers, architecten, studiebureaus, projectontwikkelaars en bouwpromotoren; Het analyseren van klantbehoeften en het uitwerken van technische oplossingen; Het voorbereiden, opvolgen en bespreken van offertes; Het voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen en het succesvol afsluiten van dossiers; De correcte opvolging van klantendossiers in het ERP-systeem Stargon; Een nauwe samenwerking met calculatie, studie, tekenkamer en productie; Het opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe bouwprojecten; Het meedenken over technische optimalisaties, planning en uitvoerbaarheid.

Je bent commercieel sterk, technisch onderlegd en voelt je thuis in een bouwtechnische omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

Een bachelor- of masterdiploma Bouwkunde, Industriële Wetenschappen, Architectuur, Vastgoed of gelijkwaardige ervaring; Ervaring in een commerciële B2B-functie binnen de bouwsector; Affiniteit met prefabbeton, ruwbouw, aannemerij of calculatie (sterke troef); Het vermogen om technische plannen te lezen en klanten correct te adviseren; Uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden; Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands én Frans; Een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid; Een no-nonsense mentaliteit waarbij samenwerking centraal staat; Een goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen (ervaring met Stargon is een plus).
