In deze rol ligt de focus op het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand, het openen van nieuwe deuren en het realiseren van commerciële groei. Technische kennis van waterbehandeling is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Met uitgebreide trainingen en begeleiding word je inhoudelijk opgeleid tot specialist. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw regio verder uit te bouwen en een directe impact te maken op de groei van de organisatie. Als Technical Sales Representative ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vergroten van het marktaandeel binnen jouw regio. Je bent veel onderweg, bouwt actief aan een nieuw netwerk en weet prospects te overtuigen van de toegevoegde waarde van de oplossingen en dienstverlening. - Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en identificeren van commerciële kansen binnen Noord-Nederland. - Uitbouwen van marktaandeel door middel van acquisitie, business development en relatiebeheer. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen industriële en productiegerichte organisaties. - Achterhalen van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar passende technische en commerciële oplossingen. - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële voorstellen. - Onderhandelen over contracten en realiseren van duurzame samenwerkingen. - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen, concurrentieactiviteiten en groeikansen. - Samenwerken met technische specialisten om klanten optimaal te adviseren. - Op termijn ontwikkelen tot inhoudelijk gesprekspartner op het...
