Als Technical Sales Support in Dilsen-Stokkem ben jij de technische schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne teams. Je ondersteunt installateurs, architecten en bouwprofessionals met duidelijke, correcte en haalbare technische informatie, zodat zij vlot kunnen werken met geïntegreerde oplossingen voor verwarming, ventilatie en koeling.

In deze rol combineer je technisch inzicht met klantgerichtheid en een nauwkeurige aanpak. Je volgt aanvragen op van A tot Z, leest technische plannen, geeft heldere uitleg aan klanten en werkt dagelijks nauw samen met inside en outside sales. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers inhoudelijk sterk zijn en dat klanten snel een betrouwbaar antwoord krijgen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Technische plannen en dossiers lezen, analyseren en vertalen naar duidelijke informatie voor klanten en collega’s
  • Dagelijks telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten en ondersteuning bieden bij technische vragen
  • Samenwerken met inside sales en outside sales om offertes, opvolging en klantendossiers vlot te laten verlopen
  • Klanten uitleg geven over producten, toepassingen en systeemoplossingen
  • Meedenken over praktische oplossingen binnen een technisch-commerciële context
  • Je werk nauwkeurig opvolgen en prioriteiten bewaken in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en snelheid belangrijk zijn

Je werkt in een omgeving waar technologie, comfort en energie-efficiëntie samenkomen. Daarbij krijg je de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen en een zichtbare bijdrage te leveren aan oplossingen die vandaag al klaar zijn voor de noden van morgen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een leergierige en nauwkeurige kandidaat met een eerste ervaring of sterke interesse in technische ondersteuning en sales. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange expertise te hebben, maar je moet wel vlot kunnen schakelen tussen technische inhoud, klantcontact en administratieve opvolging.

Jouw profiel:

  • 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een technische, commerciële of ondersteunende functie
  • Technische affiniteit en het vermogen om technische plannen te lezen en te begrijpen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding
  • Je kan duidelijk en professioneel uitleg geven aan klanten
  • Je werkt graag dagelijks aan de computer en houdt dossiers zorgvuldig bij
  • Je bent stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen
  • Je functioneert goed in samenwerking met interne sales en externe partners

Ervaring binnen HVAC, klimaatoplossingen, bouwtechniek of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving is een troef, maar zeker geen must. Een gezonde interesse in systemen, producten en klantoplossingen is belangrijker dan een lang cv.
