Jij adviseert klanten, begeleidt orders en geeft trainingen over een technisch product dat wereldwijd wordt gebruikt. Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Support Medewerker bij Aquadeck ben jij veel meer dan een administratieve schakel. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen van eerste vraag tot een goed afgehandelde order. Je adviseert over de producten, denkt mee over toepassingen en zorgt dat afspraken intern goed worden opgevolgd. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Klanten adviseren over producten en toepassingen. - Offertes opstellen, opvolgen en omzetten naar orders. - Orders controleren en verwerken in Hives en Dynamics 365. - Levertijden afstemmen met productie en logistiek. - Presentaties en trainingen geven aan (internationale) klanten. - Klachten oppakken en zorgen voor een passende oplossing. - Technisch-commerciële handleidingen voor producten schrijven. Je zit dicht op zowel de klant als het product. Je leert de technische kant van automatische afdeksystemen kennen, krijgt veel contact met internationale klanten en hebt invloed op de hele klantreis.
