En tant que Technical Sales Support FR/NL, vous assurez un rôle central de conseil, de support et de coordination technique.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Apporter une assistance technique de première ligne aux clients et partenaires ;
  • Répondre aux questions techniques de manière claire, fiable et orientée solution ;
  • Soutenir les équipes internes, notamment les équipes commerciales, marketing, produit, formation et support technique ;
  • Analyser les demandes reçues, identifier les besoins et proposer des réponses adaptées aux situations rencontrées ;
  • Participer à la rédaction, l’adaptation, la mise à jour et la validation de documents techniques, supports commerciaux, fiches d’information, cahiers des charges ou contenus de formation ;
  • Contribuer au suivi technique de certains projets, notamment via des échanges avec les parties prenantes internes et externes ;
  • Participer ponctuellement à des réunions techniques, visites sur site ou échanges terrain afin de mieux comprendre les besoins clients ;
  • Soutenir les experts techniques dans le cadre d’études, d’améliorations internes, de projets de développement ou d’optimisation de processus ;
  • Contribuer à la préparation et à l’animation de formations techniques à destination des clients, partenaires ou collaborateurs internes ;
  • Assurer une veille sur les questions techniques récurrentes afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des outils, processus et supports existants.
