Je adviseert klanten telefonisch en per e-mail, stelt offertes op, volgt deze actief op en zorgt voor een correcte orderverwerking. Jij bent de schakel tussen klant, buitendienst en interne organisatie. In deze rol combineer je commerciële vaardigheden met organisatievermogen. Je ondersteunt de verkopers buitendienst en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor administratieve en verkoopgerichte taken die bijdragen aan een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het sales office. Als lid van het team ben jij een ambassadeur van onze organisatie. Je helpt onze cultuur vorm te geven, en draagt actief bij aan de normen en waarden die wij belangrijk vinden. Daarbij geef je in je dagelijkse werk het goede voorbeeld door onze richtlijnen, afspraken en werkwijzen na te leven en uit te dragen. Je rapporteert aan de coördinator verkoop binnendienst. Wat ga je doen? - Technisch advies en uitwerking: Je adviseert (potentiële) klanten over de modulaire afschermsystemen en gaaswanden van Troax voor machineveiligheid, magazijninrichting en bergingen. - Offertes en calculaties: Je maakt zelfstandig offertes op, berekent prijzen en stelt de bijbehorende specificaties op. - Tekenen en ontwerpen: Met behulp van de eigen 3D-ontwerp- en offerte software van Troax (Configura/Troax Draw) werk je plannen en opstellingen uit voor de klant. - Commerciële ondersteuning: Je bent de spil tussen de klant, de accountmanagers en de productie/logistiek in Zweden om projecten van beg...
