Deze internationale speler in de metaalindustrie telt een hecht team van ongeveer 40 medewerkers en is gevestigd in de regio Ieper. Er wordt gewerkt vanuit een hoogtechnologische en sterk geautomatiseerde productiesite, waar innovatie en groei centraal staan.

De organisatie specialiseert zich in duurzame en op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor diverse industriële toepassingen, met klanten verspreid over binnen- en buitenland. De interne structuur is helder en compact, waardoor afdelingen efficiënt en nauw samenwerken.

Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen, een vlakke structuur en de focus op kwaliteit, krijgt elke medewerker de kans om zichtbaar bij te dragen aan het eindresultaat. Nieuwe collega’s worden vanaf dag één intensief begeleid om zowel de werking als de producten snel onder de knie te krijgen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Technische klantvragen worden vertaald naar correcte ballast- en technische rapporten met ondersteuning van gespecialiseerde software
  • Product- en technische fiches worden opgesteld op basis van bestaande technische tekeningen
  • De commerciële dienst wordt ondersteund door het voorbereiden en opvolgen van technische documentatie
  • Interne communicatie met verkoop en engineering zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van dossiers
  • Administratie wordt nauwkeurig bijgehouden zodat elke fase van het verkoopproces efficiënt verloopt
  • Voor offertes en leveringen wordt gezorgd voor een correcte voorbereiding en opvolging
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CTO
  • Bachelor in een administratieve of technische richting of aantoonbare gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Goede kennis van MS Office vereist, ervaring met AutoCAD geldt als pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met techniek
