Vivaldis office is op zoek naar een Technical sales/technical support admin (meet-regel, elek. + technieken)

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Samen met jouw collega’s van de technische dienst sta je in om koeltechnische en regeltechnische dossiers en aanvragen onder je vleugels te nemen en zowel de collega’s van verkoop als onze klanten op weg te zetten. (technical support)
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten via telefoon of mail. Sporadisch ga je ook actief ondersteunen on the field bij gecompliceerde interventies of het opstarten van installaties.
  • Je analyseert en lost complexe technische problemen bij koelinstallaties op.
  • Je bouwt je expertise uit in meet- en regeltechnieken en past deze ook toe (vnl. met de merken Danfoss, Carel en Siemens).
  • Je werkt samen met zowel de fabrikanten als onze interne teams
  • Je adviseert zowel klanten als collega’s over technische mogelijkheden en verbeteringen.
  • Bouw langdurige relaties op door je persoonlijke aanpak en productkennis, waardoor je uitgroeit tot het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor je klanten.
  • Werk nauw samen met afdelingen zoals Techniek, Inside Sales & Finance om de beste service te waarborgen
  • Technisch diploma: Bij voorkeur in Klimatisering en Koeltechnieken of relevante werkervaring/bijscholing
  • Nauwkeurigheid in administratie
  • ZEER goede kennis elektronica, meet en regeltechniek
  • Commerciële vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendig
  • Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en werkt resultaatgericht
  • Een teamplayer die zich snel aanpast aan verschillende taken en altijd bereid is om extra inspanning te leveren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met communicatie via netwerken (Modbus, Bacnet,…)
  • Ervaring met of kennis van het waterzijdige circuit van warmtepompen / chillers is een plus.
  • MS Office heeft geen geheimen voor jou
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands, Engels
