Onze opdrachtgever is een Belgische specialist in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van industriële reinigingssystemen, hygiëneoplossingen en mechanische handlinginstallaties.

Het bedrijf ontwikkelt zowel standaardoplossingen als maatwerk voor klanten binnen onder andere de voedingsindustrie en andere sectoren waar hygiëne, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid essentieel zijn. Het assortiment omvat onder meer industriële wasinstallaties, drukverhogingsinstallaties, schuim- en desinfectiesystemen, hygiënestations, handwasvoorzieningen en diverse roestvrijstalen oplossingen voor industriële toepassingen.

Vanuit de vestiging in Nazareth werken engineering, productie en service nauw samen om klanten een totaaloplossing en een kwalitatieve dienst-na-verkoop te bieden.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technical Service Coördinator zorg je ervoor dat alle serviceactiviteiten vlot, efficiënt en klantgericht verlopen. Je combineert technische kennis met planning, werkvoorbereiding en klantencontact en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt van de dienst-na-verkoop.

  • Coördineren van interventies, onderhoudsbeurten, montageopdrachten en serviceaanvragen.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen op basis van urgentie, impact en klantbelang.
  • De planning en bezetting van de servicetechniekers bewaken en optimaliseren.
  • Technische vragen van klanten telefonisch en via e-mail behandelen.
  • Een eerste technische analyse uitvoeren en techniekers optimaal voorbereiden.
  • Werkvoorbereiding verzorgen en zorgen dat onderdelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Technische documentatie, schema's en handleidingen voorzien voor de techniekers.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers voor technische ondersteuning.
  • Onderhoudscontracten voorstellen en preventieve onderhoudsplanningen opvolgen.
  • Terugkerende storingen analyseren en verbeteringen voorstellen.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere professionalisering van de dienst-na-verkoop in samenwerking met engineering en management.

Als Technical Service Coördinator voel je je thuis in een technische omgeving en weet je administratie, planning en techniek moeiteloos te combineren. Je houdt het overzicht, communiceert vlot en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Een Bachelor of Master binnen elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken, machinebouw of industriële installaties of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een technische binnendienst, onderhoudsafdeling of serviceorganisatie is een sterke troef.
  • Technisch inzicht om storingen te analyseren en de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Een klantgerichte, communicatieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Zin voor initiatief en een proactieve houding om processen verder te verbeteren.
  • Een gezonde commerciële reflex.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands is een absolute must.
