Als Technical Service Engineer speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze dynamische Service afdeling in Deinze. Jij zorgt voor de perfecte ondersteuning van onze teamleaders in vier belangrijke domeinen: Cleaning, Service, Spare Parts en Service Projecten.

Met jouw technische kennis en organisatorisch talent bereid je alles tot in de puntjes voor – zowel inhoudelijk als administratief. Dankzij jou verlopen onze serviceopdrachten efficiënt, vlot en helemaal volgens plan.

De functie inhoud Wat staat er jou te wachten als Technical Service Engineer?

  • Je gaat aan de slag met de inkomende servicevragen, je doet dit in samenspraak met de teamleader, service director en technisch expert.
  • Om jouw dossier sterk te maken, ga je alle technische informatie verzamelen via interne systemen.
  • Als er nog ontbrekende mankrachten is dan schakel je externe partners in, zodat jouw uitvoering van de opdracht gegarandeerd kan worden.
  • Je zorgt dat alle techniekers op de hoogte zijn van alle voorbereide werken.
  • De technical service engineer zorgt voor alle vereiste documenten: aanpassingen van veiligheidsplan, werkvergunningen en opmaak van rapporten voor de klant.

Onze klant Als Technical Service engineer kom je terecht bij een bedrijf, regio Deinze, die totaaloplossingen voor automatische opslag-, transport-, weeg- en doseersystemen ontwikkelt. Ze zijn een internationale marktleider waardoor ze voortdurend ook blijven groeien en jij dus zeker ook! Jouw persoonlijke groei wordt versterkt door allerhande opleidingen die je zelf ook kan aangeven. Ben jij de match die men zoekt?

  • Een bachelor of master in elektromechanica of een andere technische richting heb je op zak!
  • Je beschikt over sterke technische inzichten en kan zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Nederlands spreek, begrijp en schrijf je alsook Engels.
  • Je denkt proactief en handelt flexibel.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office is een must, kennis van AX is een plus!
