Die gesamte Prozesskette vom Einkauf, über die Rezepturverwaltung, Menü- und Produktionsplanung bis hin zur Erfassung der Menüwünsche von Patient:innen im Healthcare-Bereich wird durch die modulare Delegate-Lösung unterstützt. 1 Technical Service Engineer - Application Operations (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Betreuung unserer Kundenapplikationen im laufenden Betrieb, die Analyse technischer Themen, die Einrichtung und Pflege von Monitoring, das Laden und Prüfen von Datenbanken sowie die Abstimmung mit unserem Rechenzentrumspartner. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Service Team, IT & Infrastructure, Entwicklung und QA zusammen.

Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Shared-Umgebungen transparent, stabil und einheitlich betreut werden. Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hilfst uns dabei, den Applikationsbetrieb Schritt für Schritt weiter zu professionalisieren.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten zielen darauf ab, einen zuverlässigen technischen Betrieb sicherzustellen, wiederkehrende Abläufe zu standardisieren und unsere Kunden durch stabile Systeme und klare Prozesse bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

MUST HAVES

* Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Applikationen, Datenbanken, Serverumgebungen und Betriebsprozessen

* Du hast Erfahrung im technischen Applikationsbetrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle

* Du verstehst, wie Anwendungen, Datenbanken, Schnittstellen, Konfigurationen und Infrastruktur zusammenspielen

* Du bringst Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken mit, idealerweise SQL Server

* Du hast Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Logfile-Analyse oder technischer Fehleranalyse

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert

* Du hast Freude daran, bestehende Abläufe zu analysieren und sinnvoll weiterzuentwickeln

* Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und denkst technische Themen aktiv weiter

* Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich mit internen Teams, Kunden und externen Partnern

* Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

NICE TO HAVE

* Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung im Betrieb von Business-Applikationen oder ERP-Systemen

* Du hast bereits mit Shared-Umgebungen oder mandantenfähigen Systemlandschaften gearbeitet

* Du bringst Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows Server, SQL Server oder Datenbankadministration mit

* Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Rechenzentrums- oder Hosting-Partnern

* Du kennst dich mit Updates, Deployments, Backup-/Restore-Prozessen oder technischen Betriebsstandards aus

* Du hast Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken, VPN, Firewall oder Schnittstellenbetrieb

* Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich ITIL, Incident Management oder Change Management mit

* Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wo Prozesse klarer, stabiler oder effizienter gestaltet werden können

Basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist aber selbstverständlich ein marktkonformes Gehalt vorgesehen.
