Je maakt deel uit van een compact en dynamisch team waar autonomie, initiatief en technische kennis centraal staan. Geen logge structuren, wel korte communicatielijnen en veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als service engineer verzorg je de opstart en indienststelling van nieuwe productiemachines bij klanten
  • Technische storingen analyseer je grondig, waarna je zelfstandig de juiste oplossing uitwerkt
  • Ook begeleid je operatoren en gebruikers tijdens opleidingen zodat zij optimaal met de machines kunnen werken
  • Telefonische ondersteuning aan klanten bieden maakt eveneens deel uit van jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden
  • Regelmatig verplaats je je naar klanten binnen de buurlanden voor installaties, ondersteuning en service-opdrachten
  • Bachelor binnen elektromechanica, automatisering of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond door ervaring
  • Interesse in machinebouw, foutanalyse en technisch klantencontact
  • Nederlands en Engels gebruik je vlot binnen een internationale context
