The posting

Als Technical Service Support bied je technische ondersteuning aan klanten, dealers en servicetechniekers bij storingen en technische vraagstukken. Je analyseert problemen, ondersteunt bij diagnoses en herstellingen en coördineert technische interventies. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met service, engineering en productie en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging richting klant.

Jouw rol:

  • technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten, dealers en servicetechniekers bij storingen en technische problemen
  • nauw samenwerken met de herstellingsafdeling en collega's op de werkvloer ondersteunen bij diagnoses, herstellingen en complexere technische problemen
  • plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van technische interventies
  • analyseren van technische problemen en zoeken naar passende oplossingen
  • overleggen met service, engineering en productie bij defecten of kwaliteitsproblemen en meewerken aan verbeteringen
  • verzorgen van technische opleidingen en producttrainingen voor servicepunten, dealers en klanten
  • beoordelen, verwerken en opvolgen van garantiedossiers
  • opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten en klanten adviseren over de technische ondersteuning van hun voertuigen
  • opmaken van kostenramingen voor interventies en verzorgen van de administratieve opvolging
  • onderhouden van contacten met klanten en servicepartners en zorgen voor een professionele service
  • je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische richting en hebt een sterke technische affiniteit
  • je kan elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema's vlot interpreteren en begrijpt de link met PLC-sturingen en programmatie
  • je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld en weet technische informatie duidelijk over te brengen
  • je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen
  • je kan collega's en externe partners aansturen wanneer dit nodig is
  • je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en volgt technische en administratieve dossiers correct op
  • naast het Nederlands kan je je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
