Heb je een hoger technisch diploma op zak en raak je moeiteloos wegwijs in elektrische, hydraulische of pneumatische schema’s? Ben je daarnaast ook iemand die graag in contact staat met klanten en collega’s? Dan ben jij de servicegerichte professional die we zoeken!

Je komt terecht bij een internationale speler binnen de voertuigtechnische sector, actief in meer dan 50 landen en met honderden medewerkers wereldwijd. In de ruime regio Roeselare bevindt zich een belangrijke site van deze groep, waar hoogtechnologische producten worden ontwikkeld, gebouwd en ondersteund. Binnen het serviceteam speel jij een sleutelrol: je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, dealers en techniekers. Je vertaalt technische vragen naar concrete acties, houdt het overzicht over interventies en schakelt vlot met andere interne diensten. Zo vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, klant en kwaliteitsopvolging.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als service support sta je in nauw klanten, dealers en servicetechniekers zowel telefoon als per e-mail
  • Je organiseert interventies en zorgt ook voor de opvolging en rapportering ervan
  • Met jouw technisch inzicht stuur je interventies efficiënt aan
  • Je stelt duidelijke kostenramingen op en beheert deze administratief
  • Interne afstemming met andere diensten bij kwaliteitsproblemen neem je ter harte
  • Je analyseert elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische schema’s met gemak
  • Vlot lees je PLC-structuren en begrijp je hun link met het mechanisch geheel
  • Na interne opleiding geef je zelf opleidingen aan collega’s of klanten
  • Af en toe reis je kort naar het buitenland voor on-site interventies
  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting, zoals elektromechanica of autotechniek
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een technische binnendienst of serviceomgeving zijn een plus
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, en je kan je ook uitdrukken in Frans en Engels omwille van veiligheid & communicatie
