Als technical service support ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en interne diensten. Jij zorgt dat problemen opgelost raken, nog vóór ze escaleren.

Je ondersteunt klanten, dealers en servicetechniekers bij technische vragen. Je denkt mee, analyseert en geeft gerichte oplossingen. Tegelijk plan en volg je interventies op zodat alles efficiënt verloopt.

Je bewaakt het overzicht. Je stuurt techniekers aan, maakt kostenramingen op en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.

Zie je terugkerende problemen of kwaliteitsissues? Dan koppel je dit terug intern en werk je mee aan verbeteringen. Je hebt dus impact op hoe producten en service evolueren.

Op termijn kan je ook interne opleidingen geven, waardoor je jouw kennis doorgeeft aan collega’s.

Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar communicatie, inzicht en organisatie samenkomen.

Wat nodig is om hier sterk te staan:

  • Bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterk technisch inzicht (elektriciteit, hydraulica, pneumatica)
  • Schema’s kunnen lezen en linken met praktijk
  • Organisatorisch sterk en overzicht bewaren
  • Communicatief en klantgericht
  • Teamspeler die ook kan aansturen
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands + Frans en Engels
  • Bereidheid tot occasionele verplaatsingen

Ervaring in service of technische support is een plus, maar je manier van denken maakt het verschil.
