Als Technical Solution Lead - Managed OS combineer je technisch leiderschap met aandacht voor het ontwikkelen van professionals. Dit betreft een functie voor 36-40 uur in Haarlem. Jij maakt het net slimmer bij Alliander. Dit ga je doen De energietransitie is onmogelijk zonder jou als Technical Solution Lead - Managed OS Managed OS zorgt ervoor dat de besturingssystemen waarop Alliander vertrouwt veilig, gestandaardiseerd en beheersbaar beschikbaar zijn. Denk aan Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux en de automation waarmee we deze omgevingen op schaal beheren. Als Lead Managed OS geef je richting aan de ontwikkeling van het domein binnen Technical Platforms CS&H. Samen met specialisten bepaal je de strategische koers en vertaal je deze naar een heldere roadmap. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen Windows, Linux en automation en zorgt voor de juiste balans tussen innovatie, betrouwbaarheid, security en beheerbaarheid. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van professionals. Je stimuleert kennisdeling, eigenaarschap en samenwerking over de grenzen van specialismen heen. We werken onder andere met Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, Packer, cloud, containers, VMware en security hardening. - ontwikkelen van de visie, strategie en roadmap voor het Managed OS-domein; - bewaken van de samenhang en afhankelijkheden tussen Windows, Linux en automation; - richting geven aan de vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling van professionals; - verbinden van engineers, architecten, chapterleads en stakeholders rond gezamenlijke technische keuzes; - realiseren van standaardisatie, lifecyclemana...
