Met geavanceerde kranen, een uitgebreid straddle carrier-park én de inzet van onze medewerkers zorgen we voor een veilige, efficiënte en duurzame afhandeling van containers.

Als Technical Specialist Civil Works ben jij het interne aanspreekpunt voor de civiele infrastructuur van onze terminal. Je ondersteunt onderhouds- en projectteams met jouw technische kennis, zorgt voor accurate technische documentatie en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een toekomstbestendige terminal. Dankzij jouw expertise worden onderhouds- en investeringsprojecten efficiënt voorbereid, uitgevoerd en opgevolgd.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de civiele infrastructuur van de terminal, waaronder wegen, gebouwen, riolering, kraansporen en spoorgebonden constructies.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert technische tekeningen, plannen en documentatie en zorgt voor een correct versiebeheer na projecten en interventies.
  • Je ondersteunt onderhouds- en projectteams bij het uitwerken van technische specificaties, werkomschrijvingen en oplossingen voor civiele werken en renovatieprojecten.
  • Je beoordeelt offertes, studies en technische voorstellen van aannemers en leveranciers en waakt over kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en technische conformiteit.
  • Je volgt de uitvoering, inspecties en oplevering van civiele werken op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van afwijkingen en as-built documentatie.
  • Je analyseert de conditie van de infrastructuur en vertaalt vastgestelde risico’s en terugkerende problemen naar onderhouds-, herstel- en vernieuwingsplannen.
  • Je volgt relevante normen en regelgeving op en fungeert als technische expert voor interne teams, aannemers en andere stakeholders.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Civiele Techniek of gelijkwaardige ervaring, aangevuld met relevante praktijkervaring binnen een industriële, haven- of infrastructuuromgeving.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van civiele infrastructuur zoals industriële wegen, funderingen, gebouwen, dakconstructies, riolering en technische gebouwinstallaties; ervaring met kraansporen of spoorinfrastructuur is een troef.
  • Ervaring met technische specificaties, aannemersdossiers, inspecties, opleveringen en technische documentatie; kennis van aanbestedingen en contractbeheer is een pluspunt.
  • Een goede kennis van AutoCAD, MS Office en documentbeheer, gecombineerd met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om vlot samen te werken met projectteams, onderhoudsteams, aannemers en andere stakeholders.
