Technical Specialist Mechanics - AMORAS Job publication date Summary Voor de AMORAS-site in de Antwerpse haven zoeken we een Technisch Specialist Mechanica. In deze site-based rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch onderhoud en de werking van de mechanische installaties die essentieel zijn voor de verwerking en berging van baggerspecie. Je werkt nauw samen met technische coördinatoren, techniekers en interne en externe partners. - Environmental - Technical - Worldwide - Je staat in voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van mechanische installaties op de AMORAS-site. - Je stuurt en ondersteunt technische coördinatoren en techniekers in hun dagelijkse werking. - Je volgt onderhoudswerken op (preventief en correctief) en bewaakt planning en prioriteiten. - Je werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders en volgt leveranciers en aannemers kritisch op. - Je denkt actief mee over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen binnen de bestaande installaties. - Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie, correcte rapportering en een gestructureerde opvolging van activiteiten. - Veilig werken staat voor jou altijd centraal en je draagt die mindset ook uit naar je team. - Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs, bij voorkeur met een mechanische achtergrond. - Je hebt relevante ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving. - Je bent technisch sterk genoeg om onderaannemers inhoudelijk te sturen en de juiste vragen te stellen. - Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig voorstellen uitwerken. - Je voelt je comfortabel in een rol met verantwoordelijkheid en nauwe samenwerking met verschillende teams. - Je communiceert duidelijk en weet je boodschap over te brengen naar verschillende doelgroepen. - Je bent leergierig en bereid je te verdiepen in de specifieke installaties en processen op de site. - Een uitgebreid mobiliteitsprogramma voor een gezonde balans tussen werk een privé. - ...
