Technical Superintendent Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Technical Superintendent die een centrale rol speelt in het technisch beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze vloot. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat onze schepen technisch in optimale conditie blijven en voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende operationele afdelingen van de rederij, de bemanning aan boord, werven en leveranciers. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan de continuïteit, veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid van onze dienstverlening. De rol biedt veel afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bezoekt regelmatig onze schepen, begeleidt onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen en innovaties. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en, afhankelijk van je ervaring, steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen onze vloot op je te nemen. Wat ga je doen? Werken als Technical Superintendent betekent opereren in een internationale en dynamische omgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van een deel van onze vloot en vormt de schakel tussen de schepen, leveranciers, werven, classificatiebureaus en de organisatie aan wal. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je combineert technisch inzicht met coördinatie, planning en praktisch handelen. Je hebt te maken met: - Technisch beheer van meerdere zeeschepen - Onderhoud, reparaties en geplande dokkingen - Internationale leveranciers, werven en classificatiebureaus - Wet- en regelgeving, certificeringen en audits - Technische vraagstukken waarbij snel en doordacht handelen belangrijk is. - Innovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen de vloot En hierin ga je werken aan: - Het bezoeken en inspecteren van schepen - Het voorbereiden, coördineren en begeleiden van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden - Het plannen en begeleiden van dokkingen, surveys en audits - Het ondersteunen van bemanninge...
