"" Martin van Gool - Manager Service Operations Over de functie Technical Superintendent Wat kun je verwachten van de functie van Technical Superintendent bij Huisman? Werken als Technical Superintendent bij Huisman betekent dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor het managen van service-operationsactiviteiten voor specifieke klanten en het voldoen aan de afgesproken (technische) eisen. Als Technical Superintendent voldoe je aan de verwachtingen van de klant door de uptime van Huisman materieel te maximaliseren. Met de ondersteuning van een technisch team wordt verwacht dat je kunt inschatten met wat voor problemen een klant te maken heeft en hoe je dit kunt prioriteren. Je zorgt voor een directe opvolging, houdt de klant op de hoogte, zorgt voor een goede informatieoverdracht naar zowel de Huisman-disciplines als de Field Service Engineers. Je kunt ervoor kiezen om beheer op locatie uit te voeren op een wereldwijd speelveld voor grotere serviceprojecten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en samen met een volledig team van specialisten beheer je de veiligheid, financiën, planning en technische uitvoering op locatie. Pers...
