Jobomschrijving

Als Technical Support Analist ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met de softwareapplicaties te maken heeft. In deze brede rol zal je niet enkel eerste- en tweedelijns incidenten analyseren en oplossen, maar coördineer je ook releases, batchprocessen en zorg je ervoor dat nieuwe functies soepel live gaan. Je vormt de brug tussen IT en business. Bovendien houd je overzicht in drukke momenten, denk je mee over verbeteringen en zorg je dat kritieke toepassingen blijven draaien.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma in IT met affiniteit economie, of een economisch diploma met affiniteit IT
  • Idealiter heb je een eerste werkervaring als Support Engineer/Analist
  • Je hebt interesse om te werken aan een software product en diverse applicaties
  • Je bent communicatief ingesteld en fungeert als brug tussen IT en Business
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus
