Maak internationale support slimmer, sneller en schaalbaar Bij Nedap helpen we internationale retailers om altijd te weten waar hun artikelen zijn en wat er in hun winkels gebeurt. Onze Inventory Engine combineert slimme hardware in de winkel met cloudgebaseerde software. Zo krijgen merken als H&M, G-Star RAW, Under Armour en River Island realtime inzicht in voorraad en diefstal, kunnen zij producten beter beschikbaar houden en hebben winkelmedewerkers meer tijd voor klanten. Als Technical Support Coordinator geef je vorm aan de internationale eerstelijnssupport voor een grote retailklant. Je zorgt dat meldingen van winkels snel op de juiste plek terechtkomen, dat de klant weet wat er gebeurt en dat terugkerende vragen leiden tot betere processen, documentatie en automatisering. Je combineert technische inhoud met regie, patroonherkenning en het ontwikkelen van een nieuwe werkwijze die ook voor andere klanten schaalbaar is. Samen met Technical Operations werk je aan duidelijke afspraken over hoe meldingen worden beoordeeld, opgevolgd en geëscaleerd, welke kennis beschikbaar moet zijn en waar tooling, scripting of AI het werk slimmer kan maken. Je bepaalt per situatie wat nodig is: zelf analyseren, een businesspartner of interne collega betrekken en de voortgang van begin tot eind bewaken.
