Je kijkt niet alleen hoe je iets weer werkend krijgt, maar ook waar het probleem vandaan komt en hoe je voorkomt dat het opnieuw gebeurt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Analyseren en oplossen van complexere 2e- en 3e-lijns incidenten. - Werken met Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory en Windows Server. - Onderzoeken van vraagstukken rondom servers, VPN, DHCP, firewalls en netwerken. - Ondersteunen van collega's wanneer zij technisch niet verder komen. - Herkennen van terugkerende incidenten en zoeken naar structurele oplossingen. - Werken aan verschillende klantomgevingen vanuit kantoor. Je hoeft dus niet steeds naar klanten toe. Juist vanuit het kantoor in Bodegraven werk je aan meerdere omgevingen en kun je je volledig richten op de techniek. Waar je terecht komt Collabite is een MSP en beheert IT-omgevingen voor verschillende organisaties. Dat betekent dat je technisch veel afwisseling krijgt zonder dat je daarvoor iedere dag onderweg hoeft te zijn. De ene klantomgeving is de andere niet. Daardoor kom je verschillende Microsoft-, server-, cloud- en netwerkvraagstukken tegen en bouw je snel brede technische ervaring op. Je komt terecht in een relatief jong serviceteam waarin kennis delen belangrijk is. Loop jij vast, dan kun je sparren met collega's. Andersom wordt ook verwacht dat jij helpt wanneer iemand anders technisch niet verder komt. De servicedesk wordt bovendien verder ingericht zodat eenvoudige vragen steeds duidelijker worden gescheiden van de complexere technische tickets. Wil je je verder verdiepen?
