Om onze verdere internationale groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Support Engineer in Ieper met een passie voor technologie en de leisure- en attractiesector.

De job in een notendop

Als Technical Support Engineer maak je deel uit van onze Service-afdeling, die instaat voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de technische ondersteuning van onze hardware- en softwareoplossingen bij klanten. Je bent dagelijks onderweg en zorgt ervoor dat onze systemen optimaal blijven functioneren. Dankzij jouw technische expertise analyseer je storingen, voer je technische interventies en configuraties uit waar nodig.

Als onderdeel van ons Hardware-team:

  • Voer je technische interventies uit bij klanten, zowel tijdens de opstart als op bestaande installaties.
  • Voer je preventief onderhoud uit en los je storingen aan hardware op.
  • Ondersteun je waar nodig bij de configuratie van hardware en software.
  • Bied je technische ondersteuning en advies aan klanten.
  • Zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van je interventies.
  • Bouw je een duurzame relatie op met klanten dankzij een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Reis je occasioneel naar het buitenland, inclusief een mogelijke overnachting wanneer een interventie dit vereist.

Wat maakt jou uniek?

  • Je hebt een diploma in IT, Elektronica of een andere relevante technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met hardware, onderhoud en het oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Je werkt analytisch en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Jebent klantgericht en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw opdrachten.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om dagelijks klanten te bezoeken.
  • Een BA4- en/of BA5-certificaat is een plus. Heb je deze nog niet? Dan kan je die bij ons behalen.
  • Je bent bereid deel te nemen aan een wachtdienstregeling.
