Deze KMO in de regio Oudenaarde is actief in de ontwikkeling, installatie en ondersteuning van projecten rond zonnepanelen, batterijen en energieopslag. Met een ervaren team van ingenieurs en technische experts coördineren zij energieprojecten in samenwerking met klanten, netbeheerders en partners.

Ter uitbreiding van het team zoeken ze versterking in projectvoorbereiding en klantopvolging.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technical Support Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners, zowel telefonisch als via mail
  • Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij de technische en administratieve voorbereiding
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de projectplanning en het informeren van alle betrokken partijen
  • Je bereidt offertes en projectdocumentatie nauwgezet voor en volgt deze verder op
  • Bovendien behandel je vragen van klanten over zonnepanelen, batterijen en energieopslag met jouw technische kennis
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde opvolging van dossiers zoals vergunningen en keuringsattesten
  • Tot slot stroomlijn je in samenwerking met technische teams de communicatie binnen het project
  • Je behaalde een technisch bachelor of masterdiploma (elektromechanica of elektriciteit) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring in projectondersteuning is een plus, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen ook in aanmerking!
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
