Ben jij technisch onderlegd en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van installateurs bij duurzame installaties?

Werk je graag met innovatieve technieken zoals warmtepompen, ventilatiesystemen en verwarmingsoplossingen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Voor een internationale organisatie binnen de duurzame installatietechniek zoeken wij een Technical Support Engineer. In deze rol ben jij hét technische aanspreekpunt voor installateurs en draag je dagelijks bij aan slimme, energiezuinige oplossingen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Technical Support Engineer ondersteun je installateurs bij technische vragen, storingen en optimalisaties van uiteenlopende duurzame klimaatsystemen. Je analyseert problemen, denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zorgt ervoor dat installaties optimaal functioneren.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de service- en supportafdeling binnen een informele, technische omgeving waar kennisdeling centraal staat.

Jouw werkzaamheden

• Telefonisch ondersteunen van installateurs bij technische vraagstukken

• Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen

• Op afstand monitoren van installaties en systemen

• Adviseren over optimalisaties en efficiënt energiegebruik

• Signaleren van verbeterpunten richting interne afdelingen

• Vastleggen van werkzaamheden in software

• Uitleg geven over de werking en bediening van systemen

• Fungeren als technisch sparringpartner voor klanten en installateurs
