Sluit je aan bij ons dynamische Service-team , wat een cruciale rol binnen het bedrijf speelt en ervoor zorgt dat onze batterijprojecten soepel verlopen, van planning tot uitvoering. Als Technical Support Lead ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én het hart van onze serviceactiviteiten. Je communiceert dagelijks met klanten over hun batterijprojecten, beantwoordt vragen en houdt hen op de hoogte van de voortgang. Je gebruikt data om inzichten te verkrijgen en verbeteringen door te voeren, optimaliseert tooling zoals ons ticketingsysteem, en initieert procesverbeteringen om onze service verder te professionaliseren. Tegelijkertijd bewaak je via ons slimme "battery-watch"- systeem de prestaties van onze batterijen en grijp je proactief in wanneer iets niet goed gaat. Of het nu gaat om het signaleren van een mogelijke storing of het coördineren met engineers om deze op te lossen; dankzij jou blijven projecten op schema en klanten tevreden. Het is jouw missie om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op betrouwbare, emissievrije energie. Why go Greener?
