We zoeken een Technical Support Medewerker Full-time | Poeldijk Join our team SolarNRG is de meest ervaren zonnepanelen installateur en leverancier van Nederland. Vanuit het Westland, aan de rand van Den Haag, voorzien wij al ruim 23 jaar particulieren, ondernemers, woco's en woningbouwbedrijven van zonne‑energie, met een persoonlijke aanpak. Kwaliteit, innovatie, klantgericht denken en duurzaamheid is wat er bij ons door de, uiteraard met zonne‑energie gevoede, airconditioning (die we tegenwoordig ook verkopen) vloeit. Jouw rol Ben jij de eerste die mensen bellen wanneer hun internet of WiFi niet werkt en weet je je geduld te bewaren wanneer deze mensen vervolgens overal klikken, behalve waar je ze vraagt te klikken? Dan ben jij wie we zoeken! Op onze afdeling klantenservice staat de telefoon namelijk de hele dag roodgloeiend van de vragen en problemen. Je werkzaamheden zulen vooral bestaan uit het aannemen van deze vragen en problemen via telefoon of e-mail, archiveren hiervan in ons systeem en vervolgens zorgen voor zo goed en zo snel mogelijke oplossingen. Je bent klantgericht, maar beschikt daarnaast ook over de nodige technische kennis. Aan jou de taak om onze klanten allemaal tevreden op te laten hangen. Wat je gaat doen - Aannemen van vragen en problemen via telefoon of e-mail; - Archiveren van nieuwe en bewaken van lopende vragen en problemen; - Analyseren van problemen en zorgen voor oplossingen; - Meedenken met onze klanten, zodat ze zo goed en snel mogelijk geholpen worden; - Zorgen dat klanten bij de juiste collega's uitkomen wanneer jij hun problemen niet kunt oplossen; - Een zo goed mogelijke service ervaring creëren, met tevreden en geholpen klanten. Wie je bent - Iemand met goed luisterend vermogen en een flinke dosis geduld; - Communicatie skills; - Accuraat en klantvriendelijk; - Ervaring in een telefonische service omgeving en affiniteit met zonnestroom en duurzaamheid zijn een pre.
