Diese Rolle ist eine Einstiegsposition in der ersten Linie, bei der Sie die Support-Anfragen der Kund_innen per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat verstehen, dokumentieren und lösen. Diese Position arbeitet im Team und berichtet an den_die Technischen Support-Manager_in.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Technischer Support für die Sicherheitslösungen von Barracuda via Telefon, E-Mail, Chat oder Fernzugriff.

* Unterstützung unserer Partner_innen und Kund_innen bei der Konfiguration, Implementierung und Fehlerbehebung.

* Kommunikation, Unterstützung und Schutz der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kund_innen und Partner_innen.

* Unterstützung bei unseren Netzwerk-, Client/Server-, Linux/Windows/MacOS-, Speicher-, E-Mail- und Webprodukten.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, FH, Universität).

* Starke Fähigkeiten zur Fehlerbehebung und Problemlösung.

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Support.

* Stark lösungsorientiertes Denken und Bereitschaft, neue Technologien zu erlernen.

* Grundkenntnisse in Public Cloud, VPN, Virtualisierung, IoT, Microsoft 365 und Webtechnologien sind von Vorteil.
