As a Hub & Tooling Specialist, you help ensure that critical digital services remain secure, stable, and available every day. Your work directly supports technicians in the field and contributes to an uninterrupted farming operation for our customers. Within the Digital Operations Center (DOC), you combine operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset. You work closely with Product Development teams, DOC Direct Impact, Clusters, and Lely Centers worldwide. By connecting operational insights with product improvements, you help shape services and tooling that thousands of users rely on every day. Imagine seeing feedback from the field translated into a better product experience, while knowing your work helps farmers continue their daily operations without disruption.
