Technical Support Specialist After Sales

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Jouw functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische ondersteuning na verkoop. Je behandelt meldingen van klanten, zoekt naar oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat herstellingen en interventies correct worden voorbereid en opgevolgd.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de planning van monteurs en fungeer je als technisch aanspreekpunt op afstand en bij interventies.

Jouw taken

  • Analyseren van technische problemen met telescopische tribunes
  • Adviseren van klanten via telefoon en e-mail met concrete oplossingen
  • Verzamelen van informatie voor het opstellen van hersteloffertes
  • Voorbereiden van after-sales interventies in samenwerking met engineering
  • Ondersteunen van de planning van monteurs en techniekers
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor monteurs op locatie
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen voor een efficiënte service

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een brede technische achtergrond (elektrisch, mechanisch of pneumatisch)
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd, maar hoeft geen specialist te zijn
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en voldoende Frans (Duits is een pluspunt)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent leergierig, flexibel en gemotiveerd
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Je werkt graag in team en denkt oplossingsgericht
