Wat doe je Technical Trainer regio Wielsbeke?

  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers in hun opleidingstraject tijdens de eerste weken en maanden.
  • Ontwerp en geef praktijkgerichte trainingen met digitale en klassikale leertrajecten.
  • Je integreert hands-on proefopstellingen en monitort de voortgang van deelnemers.
  • Je werkt samen met interne teams om trainingsbehoeften te bepalen en oplossingen te bieden.
  • Evalueer en verbeter trainingen en houd je kennis actueel met technische innovaties.
