Wat zal je doen bij Agristo? - Jij zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's een vliegende start nemen binnen onze productieomgeving. Tijdens hun eerste weken en maanden begeleid je hen stap voor stap, met veiligheid altijd als jouw belangrijkste focus - Leren stopt niet na de onboarding. Ook voor onze ervaren medewerkers werk je leertrajecten uit. Je combineert digitale leervormen met opleidingen op de werkvloer en stemt alles af op de noden van de medewerker en de organisatie - Samen met de L&D Advisor ontwikkel je opleidingsmateriaal dat medewerkers helpt groeien in hun rol. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande trainingen en blijft zoeken naar manieren om ze nog sterker en effectiever te maken - Je staat graag tussen de mensen. Of dat nu tijdens een opleiding is of op de werkvloer, jij weet complexe informatie om te zetten in praktische inzichten die collega's meteen verder helpen in hun job - Theorie en praktijk gaan voor jou hand in hand. Daarom integreer je proefinstallaties, testen en praktijkoefeningen in je opleidingen zodat medewerkers het geleerde meteen kunnen toepassen - Je volgt de ontwikkeling van deelnemers nauw op, geeft constructieve feedback en deelt jouw inzichten met leidinggevenden zodat iedereen samen kan bijdragen aan verdere groei - Je werkt samen met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, procesingenieurs en andere stakeholders.
