- Producten Technical Writer / CCMS Specialist Locatie: Benschop Als Technical Writer / CCMS Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering en digitalisering van onze technische documentatie. Je geeft richting aan de ingezette transitie en zorgt voor de ontwikkeling, borging en tijdige oplevering van hoogwaardige product- en servicedocumentatie. Over de afdeling Binnen de context van sterke technologische en organisatorische ontwikkeling binnen de organisatie speelt de documentatieafdeling een cruciale rol. Door onder andere elektrificatie, toenemende klant specifieke configuraties en strengere wet en regelgeving neemt de complexiteit van onze producten toe. Documentatie is hierdoor niet langer uitsluitend een eindproduct, maar vormt een essentieel onderdeel van de aftersalesorganisatie en de volledige productlevenscyclus. Goed gestructureerde en betrouwbare documentatie ondersteunt onderhoudsprocessen, onderhoudscontracten, predictive maintenance en verhoogt de efficiëntie bij klanten en serviceorganisaties. Tegelijkertijd groeit het belang van hoogwaardige, digitale en klantgerichte product- en servicedocumentatie. De documentatieafdeling bevindt zich momenteel in een transitie naar een toekomstgerichte, schaalbare en professioneel geborgde manier van werken. Binnen deze ontwikkeling wordt nadrukkelijk ingezet op digitalisering, standaardisatie en het toepassen van innovatieve technologieën. Voor het verder ontwikkelen, aansturen en borgen van deze transitie zoeken wij een daadkrachtige en verbindende Technical Writer / CCMS Specialist. In deze rol zal je je onder anderen richten op het inzetten van digitalisering, standaardisatie en innovatieve technologieën oplossingen zoals CCMS-oplossingen, AI-ondersteunde contentontwikkeling en digitale informatievoorziening zoals bijvoorbeeld QR-codes.
