Bij Stuvex beschermen we werknemers en industriële installaties tegen stofexplosies.

In de procesindustrie zijn dit geen uitzonderingen, maar reële risico’s. Wij ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden systemen die incidenten voorkomen of de impact ervan beperken– van detectie en preventie tot actieve beveiliging en isolatie.

Onze oplossingen worden toegepast in sectoren zoals voeding, chemie, pharma, houtindustrie, enerie en afvalverwerking. We werken end-to-end: van engineering en productontwikkeling tot installatie, commissioning en onderhoud.

Met een team van ongeveer 50 mensen en vestigingen in meerdere Europese landen maken we sinds 2025 deel uit van de STIF Group. We groeien, en dat brengt ons op het moment waar we meer structuur nodig hebben in onze technische processen.

Functieomschrijving:

Stuvex groeit sterk en we hebben nood aan heldere, consistente technische documentatie. Daarom zoeken we een creatieve Technical Writer met oog voor detail, zin voor structuur en passie voor duidelijke communicatie van complexe materie.

Je vervult een rol waar structuur, taal en techniek samenkomen — tegelijk organisatorisch én inhoudelijk. Je bouwt het kader uit waarbinnen onze technische communicatie groeit, en je levert zelf de documenten die daar het verschil maken.

Concreet ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgend takenpakket:

Je brengt orde in de technische documentatie

  • Je zet een logische documentatiestructuur op (database, mappen, naamgeving, versies)
  • Je definieert standaarden voor manuals, datasheets en technische documenten
  • Je zorgt dat iedereen met dezelfde, correcte versie werkt

Je bewaakt inhoud en consistentie

  • Je bewaakt wat er in de documentatie komt – en hoe
  • Engineers en product development leveren input; Jij maakt er een werkbaar, consistent geheel van en vertaalt zo complexe technische input naar heldere, bruikbaare documentatie
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat technische info correct volledig en eenduidig is
  • Je stelt standaarden vast voor technische communicatie

Je bouwt mee aan schaalbaarheid

  • Je legt de basis voor herbruikbare content (templates, standaardteksten, structuur)
  • Je maakt het mogelijk om later sneller te groeien in Dynamics Nav teksten, white papers, website content en technische sales ondersteuning

Wie zoeken we:

  • Bachelor opleiding Marketing of Communicatie
  • Technische affiniteit en ervaring met technische documentatie in een industriële context
  • Ervaring met documentatietools

Jij bent:

  • Vlot in taal, sterk in structuur: je kan documentatiestructuur opzetten, je schrijft helder en consistent
  • Nieuwsgierig naar techniek en anlystisch sterk: je hoeft geen ingenieur te zijn, maar je wil begrijpen hoe een systeem werkt vooraleer je het beschrijft
  • Een bruggenbouwer: je werkt vlot samen met engineering, sales en service en weet vlot de juiste informatie bij de juiste afdeling te verkrijgen
  • Flexibel: Je voelt je thuis in een KMO waar nog niet alles vastlig
