Als Technical Writer bist du bei uns die Verbindung zwischen Technologie und Anwender_innen - und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Partner LOXONE nicht nur verstehen, sondern wirklich optimal nutzen. Mit deiner Arbeit legst du den Grundstein für erfolgreiche Projekte auf der ganzen Welt: Deine Dokumentationen, Knowledge Bases und Config-Unterlagen machen aus guten Lösungen großartige. Und weil Stillstand nicht dein Ding ist, entwickelst du unsere Prozesse und Tools kontinuierlich weiter - und gestaltest so aktiv die Zukunft unserer technischen Dokumentation.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du konzipierst, erstellst und pflegst die technische Dokumentation unserer Produkte und der LOXONE Config Software

* Du bringst unsere bestehende Dokumentationsstruktur aufs nächste Level

* Du optimierst unsere Tools und Systeme laufend in Richtung Effizienz, Sicherheit und Usability

* Du integrierst Dokumentationsprozesse nahtlos in bestehende Entwicklungsabläufe

* Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und technischem Support zusammen

Dein Profil:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit technischem Background (z. B. Lehre, HAK, HTL, FH/Uni)

* Du kannst komplexe technische Inhalte klar, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten

* Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Struktur, Layout und Design

* Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im technischen Schreiben, in der Produktdokumentation oder im Online-Publishing mit

* Tools wie Pimcore, Figma, WordPress, XML oder Git sind dir nicht fremd (von Vorteil)

* Elektrotechnische Kenntnisse sind ein Plus

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und findest dich schnell in neue Themen ein
