The posting

Tijdens je studentenjob zal je onder andere:

  • technische informatie verzamelen bij operatoren, techniekers, engineers en leveranciers;
  • complexe technische informatie vertalen naar duidelijke en begrijpelijke werkinstructies;
  • bestaande werkinstructies, SOP's, technische handleidingen en onderhoudsrichtlijnen actualiseren en verbeteren;
  • machine-specifieke documentatie opstellen voor onze productie- en verpakkingsinstallaties;
  • visuele werkinstructies maken met foto's, schema's en procesflows;
  • best practices, technische oplossingen en lessons learned documenteren;
  • meehelpen om technische kennis van ervaren medewerkers vast te leggen en over te dragen;
  • ondersteunend materiaal ontwikkelen voor opleidingen en onboarding van operatoren en techniekers;
  • bestaande procedures vereenvoudigen en standaardiseren;
  • ervoor zorgen dat documentatie correct, overzichtelijk en up-to-date blijft.

Je zal hiervoor regelmatig aanwezig zijn op de productievloer. Zo leer je onze machines, processen en manier van werken goed kennen en kan je informatie correct vertalen naar bruikbare documentatie.

Met wie werk je samen?

Je komt terecht in een technische productieomgeving en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder:

  • Engineering
  • Maintenance
  • Operations
  • Quality
  • Safety

Je rapporteert aan de Asset Leader.

Je bent bij voorkeur:

  • student Ingenieurswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding;
  • technisch geïnteresseerd en nieuwsgierig naar machines en productieprocessen;
  • sterk in het structureren en helder formuleren van informatie;
  • nauwkeurig en analytisch;
  • zelfstandig, proactief en organisatorisch sterk;
  • iemand die gemakkelijk contact legt met verschillende medewerkers op de werkvloer;
  • vertrouwd met Microsoft Office;
  • in staat om professioneel in het Engels te communiceren.

Ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste.

Je hoeft niet alle technische kennis al te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, vragen durft stellen en technische informatie snel kan begrijpen en structureren.

Je combineert oog voor detail met een praktische aanpak en slaagt erin om van complexe informatie een duidelijke instructie te maken waarmee iemand op de werkvloer onmiddellijk aan de slag kan.
