Locatie Etten-Leur Maintenance Technician (Day Shift) - Direct Contract About the organization The organization develops and produces high-quality and sustainable packaging solutions for, among others, the food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods sectors. At this modern production site, engineering and technology play a central role, with a continuous focus on reliability, safety, quality, and process improvement. This is a position in direct employment. General Duties - Work according to HACCP, BRC, ISO, and GMP guidelines - Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S/LEAN) - Report incidents and actively contribute to a safety culture - Share technical knowledge and support colleagues Requirements - MBO level 3/4 or equivalent, preferably in a technical field - Technical insight and experience in machine maintenance - Knowledge of injection molding processes is a plus - Familiarity with machine safety, food safety, and cleanroom guidelines - Experience with maintenance systems such as AX/Dynaway Competencies - Accurate and responsible - Collaborative and communicative - Flexible and solution-oriented - Safety-conscious and quality-oriented Interested?
