Als Technician zorg je ervoor dat onze productiemachines en installaties in Kerkrade betrouwbaar blijven draaien. DE FUNCTIE De technische dienst van E-MAX Kerkrade heeft tot doel het zorgdragen voor een optimale betrouwbaarheid en functioneren van productiemiddelen, installaties, gebouwen en terreinen. Binnen deze algemene doelstelling heeft de Technician tot taak, het zelfstandig opsporen, verhelpen van verstoringen en structureren van oplossingen aan productiemachines en installaties en het uitvoeren van (preventief) onderhoud binnen E-MAX Kerkrade. Je komt te werken in een klein team van 6 collega technicians die allemaal werken in de 5 ploegendienst (2-2-2-4). In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Maintenance Coördinator. De Engineer en de Maintenance Manager maken de technische dienst compleet. WAT GA JE DOEN? - Binnen de functie ben je o.a. bezig met het oplossen van storingen op elektrisch-, mechanisch- en regeltechnisch gebied. - Je verricht onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan machines, installaties, gereedschappen en gebouwen. - Je begeleidt en controleert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden (door derden) en verricht periodieke onderhoudsinspecties. - Daarnaast ben je bezig met voorstellen voor verbeteringen van het productieproces en veiligheids- en onderhoudsaspecten. WAT BRENG JE MEE? - Je beschikt over een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 opleiding in de richting van elektra met affiniteit richting werktuigbouwkunde. Heb je geen diploma, maar wel aantoonbare, gelijkwaardige werkervaring? Dan nodigen we je ook van harte uit om te solliciteren. - Je hebt ervaring als storingsmonteur. - Je bent bereid om (op termijn) mee te draaien met de wachtdiensten incl. passende vergoeding. - Je hebt kennis van diverse besturingssystemen.
