Bij Duracell in Aarschot draait alles om innovatie, kwaliteit en continue energie. Als wereldwijd marktleider in batterijen biedt de organisatie een dynamische werkomgeving waar veiligheid, precisie en samenwerking centraal staan. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spil tussen logistiek en productie. Je zorgt niet alleen voor een vlekkeloze lijnbevoorrading met de heftruck, maar speelt ook een actieve rol in het bewaken en bijsturen van het productieproces. Je komt terecht in een geavanceerde en collegiale omgeving waar jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan een gestroomlijnde output.

Het betreft een tijdelijke uitzendopdracht van 6 maandenmet wekelijkse contracten en een stabiele planning gedurende deze periode.

Je bent in het bezit van een geldig extern heftruckattest en hebt ervaring met het veilig besturen van een heftruck.

Je hebt affiniteit met technische en kwalitatieve processen in een productie- of magazijnomgeving.

Je kunt vlot overweg met de pc voor het invoeren van gegevens en het selecteren van procesrecepten.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en hecht veel belang aan veiligheid en een schone werkomgeving (6S).

Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken (met een vervroegde eindtijd op vrijdag).

Zorgen voor de interne lijnbevoorrading met de heftruck, het lossen van vrachtwagens en de bevoorrading van de productielijnen (ca. 50% van de werktijd).

Aanleveren van grondstoffen (zoals mangaan en grafiet) aan het BB-station, aanhangen en de silo's continu gevuld houden.

Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen, staalname en het invoeren van resultaten op de pc om producten goed of af te keuren.

Starten, monitoren en bijsturen van het productieproces via de pc, inclusief het selecteren van de juiste recepten.

Oplossen van kleine machinestoringen en assisteren van het technisch onderhoud (elektrisch/mechanisch) bij grotere pannes.

Uitvoeren van CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate), procescontroles en ondersteunende taken zoals scanning, voorraadbeheer, het omwikkelen van producten en het stapelen van paletten.

Gebruikmaken van hulpmiddelen zoals takels en rolbruggen voor intern materiaaltransport.

Actief bijdragen aan orde en netheid in de productiehal volgens de 6S-principes.
