Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Over de functie Als (Lead) Technician Rotating werk je nauw samen met andere collega's, je analyseert complexe storingen, draagt bij aan Root Cause Problem Solving en helpt de betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties verder te verbeteren. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om verbeteringen aan te dragen én daadwerkelijk te realiseren. In de Monochloorazijnzuurfabriek (MCA) op het Chemie Park Delfzijl laten we chloorgas met azijnzuur reageren. Hierdoor ontstaat ruwe monochloor-azijnzuur dat in een aantal stappen wordt gezuiverd. Om haar klanten optimaal te kunnen bedienen, produceert de fabriek ook monochloor-azijnzuur in vaste vorm als flakes. Tevens wordt er een product gemaakt door MCA met soda te laten reageren. Het monochloor-azijnzuur vormt een hulpstof die kan dienen als verdikkingsmiddel in voedingsmiddelen, lichaamsverzorgingsproducten, behanglijm en duurzame, fosfaatvrije was- en vaatwasmiddelen. In jou toekomstige rol als (Lead) Technician Rotating ga jij: · Rotating apperatuur inspecteren, diagnosticeren en testen · geplande onderhouds- en preventieve onderhoudsactiviteiten op mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische, hydraulische en productiemachines uitvoeren · De HSE-regelgeving en het beleid, de richtlijnen, processen, methodologieën, werkwijzen en systemen van Nouryon (Stop Principe, BBS) volgen. · nood-/onvoorziene reparaties aan productieapparatuur uitvoeren. · handleidingen en werkorders van apparatuur lezen en gebruiken om het vereiste onderhoud en de service uit te voeren. · deelnemen aan het Root Couse Problem Solving (RCPS) -proces. · Het delen van bevindingen over onderhoudstaken met de W...
