Lees dan snel verder. Over de functie Als Monteur WTB ben je onderdeel van de maintenance organisatie die geleid word door de Maintenance Manager. Op onze site werken verder zo'n 60 collega's verdeeld over Productie (in 5 ploegen), onderhoud, HSE&S, technologie en Quality Control. Op onze site in Arnhem wordt Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) geproduceerd. CMC is een duurzaam en ecovriendelijk bindmiddel dat onder meer wordt toegepast in geneesmiddelen, consumentenproducten, in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, de gezondheidssector en de diervoederindustrie. In de toekomstige rol als Technician WTB ga jij - Uitvoeren van mechanisch georiënteerde inspecties en preventieve / correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan roterende en statische apparatuur en piping. - Reviseren van machine-componenten en apparaten zoals pompen, transmissiesystemen, roerwerken, transportinstallaties, leidingen en rollend materieel. - Het administratief bijhouden van de storingsoorzaken, verbruikte materialen en gewerkte uren in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem. - In goede staat houden van gereedschappen, apparatuur en onderdelenmagazijn in overeenstemming met de geldende procedures. - Lokaliseren van storingen en storingsoorzaken aan de hand van storingsindicaties en storingsonderzoek. - Het doen van verbetersuggesties voortkomend uit praktische ervaring en verkregen inzichten uit (ver)storingen en deze bespreken met je leidinggevende. - In de toekomst consignatiediensten lopen om storingen buiten werktijd ook snel en effectief op te lossen Wij gaan ervan uit dat jij meeneemt - Afgeronde MBO-techniek (bijv. werktuigbouwkunde) op ten minste niveau 3, bij voorkeur niveau 4 - Minimaal 3...
