En raison de la croissance du site de Wielsbeke, nous sommes à la recherche d'un technicien de maintenance en 2 équipes. En tant que technicien de maintenance préventive, vous êtes passionné par la fiabilité et l'efficacité de nos machines et installations. Votre objectif ? Assurer le bon fonctionnement et minimiser les temps d'arrêt.

  • Donner l'exemple en respectant les directives et les procédures prescrites pour un environnement de travail sûr (sur le plan alimentaire), respectueux de l'environnement et ordonné.
  • En tant que technicien, vous identifiez les problèmes potentiels avant qu'ils ne provoquent des pannes. Vous rendez compte de ces constatations avec précision, ce qui nous permet d'agir de manière proactive et de minimiser les temps d'arrêt imprévus.
  • Vous effectuez des tâches de maintenance programmées, telles que des inspections, des lubrifications, des ajustements et des remplacements.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes opérationnelles et vos collègues techniques afin d'optimiser le plan de maintenance.
  • Vous apportez aux collaborateurs externes le soutien et le suivi nécessaires pour que leur contribution soit efficace et efficiente. Vous supervisez également les stagiaires techniques et les nouveaux employés afin de les aider à évoluer dans leurs fonctions.
  • Vous tenez un registre précis des travaux de maintenance effectués, à l'aide du logiciel de maintenance (Ultimo).
  • Vous avez une formation technique ou une expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que technicien et une passion pour la technologie
  • Vous avez une connaissance des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
  • Vous avez une attitude proactive
  • Vous avez une vision logique et de bonnes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, ce qui vous permet de travailler de manière indépendante.
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et vous contribuez à une communication harmonieuse et à un succès commun.
  • Vous parlez le néerlandais, le français ou l'anglais et vous êtes prêt à comprendre vos collègues d'autres langues.
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler en deux équipes.
