The posting

En tant que technicien de maintenance, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation optimale des tâches de maintenance curative, préventive et améliorative sur les installations industrielles suivant les recommandations de votre hiérarchie et les urgences relevées par les clients.

Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous dépendez hiérachiquement du superviseur technique et du responsable de maintenance.

Plus précisément, votre fonction consistera à:

  • Préparer et exécuter toute intervention technique selon les bonnes pratiques et le mode opératoire déterminé par la ligne hiérarchique
  • Réaliser un diagnostic de panne
  • Assurer l'efficacité et le reporting des interventions
  • Rendre compte des activités journalières au responsable
  • Déterminer en collaboration avec le responsable les besoins en fourniture de matériels et de services
  • Organiser votre travail suivant le planning
  • Assister et suivre les sous-traitants
  • Proposer des améliorations afin d'améliorer la fiabilité des équipements
  • Garantir un environnement de travail sécurisé
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique, énergique et positive, vous appréciez particulièrement le travail de terrain en milieu industriel, au sein d'une PME familiale,
  • Vous êtes un collaborateur enthousiaste, pour qui la collaboration en équipe, l'ouverture d'esprit, l'honnêteté et le respect mutuel sont importants,
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre en charge vos responsabilités de manière autonome et pro-active,
  • Vous êtes naturellement organisé et structuré,
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur dans l'exécution de votre travail,
  • Vous faites preuve de réactivité et d'adaptation en cas de besoin,
  • Vous faites preuve d'un esprit analytique et synthétique,
  • Vous faites preuve de disponibilité et de flexibilité,
  • Vous communiquez avec efficacité et respect avec vos interlocuteurs tant internes qu'externes,
  • Vous êtes disposés à intervenir tant en interne au sein du groupe qu'en externe, et à vous déplacer sur différents sites,
  • Vous êtes ouverts aux gardes,
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une formation technique en électromécanique (A1/A2) ou d'une expérience professionnelle équivalente (les domaines de compétences minimums attendus sont : la mécanique industrielle, la soudure semi et/ou arc, l'électricité industrielle de base
  • Les connaissances en néerlandais et en anglais technique sont un atout,
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques,
  • Vous recherchez un emploi à temps plein de jour avec des opportunités de croissance et de développement.
