Notre client, présent en Belgique avec quatre succursales – dont une à Roulers – est une entreprise passionnée et spécialisée dans l'ingénierie et les solutions techniques depuis 2016.

Vous appréciez le travail manuel et souhaitez évoluer au sein d'une entreprise familiale ? Vous recherchez un poste de technicien de maintenance en horaire de 2 équipes, avec une perspective de CDI ! Un salaire conforme au marché, d'autres avantages comme un véhicule de société et des chèques-repas de 8 € après 6 mois.

Vos tâches sont :

  • Vous assurez la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements et des installations
  • Puis vous diagnostiquez les pannes et réalisez les réparations nécessaires
  • Vous effectuez les contrôles techniques afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du matériel
  • Ensuite vous intervenez rapidement pour résoudre les problèmes techniques
  • Vous veillez au respect des normes de sécurité et des procédures de travail
  • Enfin vous participez à l'amélioration continue des équipements et des installations

Votre profil :

  • Vous disposez d'une formation en maintenance, en électromécanique ou dans un domaine technique similaire
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques et un esprit d'analyse
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'autonomie et de réactivité
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les défis techniques
  • Vous êtes motivé par l'apprentissage et le développement de vos compétences
