FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Pour un producteur d'une large gamme de légumes, pommes de terre et fruits surgelés à Ardooie, nous recherchons un technicien de maintenance et de dépannage !

Quelles sont tes tâches ?

Dans une entreprise de légumes surgelés, un technicien de maintenance est le « pompier » de la production : vous veillez à ce que les lignes automatisées continuent de fonctionner dans un environnement froid et exigeant.

Les principales tâches d'un technicien de maintenance sont les suivantes :

  • Maintenance corrective (pannes) : vous détectez rapidement les défauts électriques et mécaniques et les réparez immédiatement afin de minimiser les pertes de production.
  • Maintenance préventive : vous effectuez des inspections et des tâches de maintenance planifiées selon un calendrier afin de prévenir les défauts sur les installations de lavage, les machines de découpe ou les lignes d'emballage.
  • Optimisation : vous participez à la réflexion sur les améliorations techniques à apporter aux machines afin d'augmenter leur rendement et leur sécurité.
  • Techniques spécifiques : vous travaillez sur diverses installations, notamment pneumatiques, hydrauliques et parfois des commandes PLC.
  • Administration : vous enregistrez les travaux effectués et les pièces utilisées dans un système de maintenance afin d'assurer un bon suivi.
  • Hygiène et sécurité : compte tenu du secteur alimentaire, vous travaillez dans le strict respect des procédures de qualité (telles que HACCP) et des normes de sécurité.

PROFIEL

Indispensable :

- Connaissances en électricité ; mesure des circuits dans les armoires de commande et les moteurs afin de détecter les défauts tels que les relais, les contacteurs magnétiques, les ruptures de câbles, les bobines, les capteurs, etc.

- Connaissances en mécanique ; remplacement des roulements, axes, courroies, chaînes et engrenages, réparation des moteurs et réducteurs, etc.

- Francophone.

- Expérience pertinente dans un environnement industriel.

Atouts appréciés :

- Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, esprit d'équipe.

- Sens de l'organisation, capacité à anticiper les défis, vue d'ensemble et travail pratique pour traiter les priorités.

- Connaissance du néerlandais

- Expérience dans le secteur alimentaire, les convoyeurs à bande et à rouleaux, les secoueurs, les tamis, les blanchisseurs, les tunnels de congélation, la technique de refroidissement, les compresseurs, l'hydraulique, les peseuses multi-têtes, les flowpackers, les casepackers, etc.
